President and CEO
Hired as part of a management team to restructure and provide safety in soundness to San Antonio’s oldest credit union. The first assignment as CLO was to install a prudent lending process with an effective collection effort. Lending volumes increased over 25% and delinquency was brought to less than .75%. Credit losses were over 2.5% were reduced to .35%. The COO position was combined with CLO position and membership grew over 10% and cross selling provided additional revenue. Assuming the CEO position in March will now allow for strategic planning while many of the tactical processes have been established.

First Vice President: Consumer Loan Division
Managed entire direct consumer loan credit facility of over $250 million. Established lending protocol for Visa, MasterCard, Lines of Credit, Overdraft Protection, Boat Loans, Automobile Loan, and other Consumer Loans. Developed affinity relationship with Daughters of the Republic of Texas, which resulted in the introduction of the “Alamo MasterCard”. Proceeds from card usage support restoration and preservation of the Alamo.
